Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Visit the Unified Dashboard
- Have some published translations.
- Go to the "Published" translation list.
- Click on the "New translation" button or on the button with the suggested section title inside any published translation.
What happens?:
Nothing happens. The buttons are not really "clickable"
What should have happened instead?:
The user should have been redirected to the "Confirm a translation" step, to start a new translation.
