• AWB changes a URL in a {{cite web}} template from https://www.lesestoff.ch/de/detail/ISBN-9783426227817/Heitz-Markus/Die-Schwarze-K%C3%B6nigin to https://www.lesestoff.ch/de/detail/ISBN 9783426227817/Heitz-Markus/Die-Schwarze-K%C3%B6nigin - which then generates an Invalid citation parameter alert

What should have happened instead?:

• Nothing - please exclude url parameters from this fix
