Make an edit which receives a tag and also triggers an automatic update of your account's rights.

What happens?:
The log entry for the automatic rights update receives the same tags as the edit which triggered the update.

What should have happened instead?:
The log entry should not have those tags, since they do not apply to the rights update itself.
