Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:

AWB combines {{distinguish}} templates, but the first value "Beit Yisrael" is not visible in the preview

What should have happened instead?:

Either don't combine {{distinguish}} templates where a |text= parameter is involved, or determine how to properly combine the templates
