The shutterbug repository is still hosted on gitlab: https://gitlab.com/fun-tech/shutterbug

We want to move it to github to have it together with our other application repositories.

Acceptance criteria:

• unarchive the existing shutterbug repo on github
• pull the current state of the code from gitlab and push it to github
• adapt the CI config (remove renovate, add dependabot, etc. )
• remind the team to change their git origin for their local shutterbug repository
• archive the shutterbug repository on gitlab
• the deployment of shutterbug still works (-> fundraising-infrastructure)
• any documentation pointing to shutterbug is updated
