@Yiming Could you check with the community if they would be willing to change the group name from abusefilter-editor to abusefilter? I believe it would not bother the Chinese name 滥用过滤器编辑者 anyway.
If the community reaches consensus, I can submit another patch to fix the issue that @Bugreporter mentioned about name.

"group name" is an internal thing. It does not represent how group is called in UI (which is controlled by system messages).

Yes, I'll do it, just be stalled now until the zhwiki community comes to a consensus.
Per https://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/core-Permissions.php no wiki has a local "abusefilter-maintainer" group (there is only a global group with such name), but 25 wikis have "abusefilter" group.
@ZhaoFJx Let's move on. Please use abusefilter instead of abusefilter-editor. Once you have completed this task, please let me know so that I can change the local interface. Thank you.
I'm too lazy to do some investigation bus is those 25 wikis has only a single abusefilter-related group? Yeah "abusefilter-maintainer" came to mind from such global group but I'm fine with the name "abusefilter".
