Description

Visit https://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ContentTranslation and move mouse over various buttons and observe if they have tooltips.
Do the same for the existing dashboard by visiting https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:ContentTranslation

Tooltips are missing at least for the following items:

Remove (X) button in the suggestions
Save for later button
Progress bar for articles in the "In Progress" tab
Delete button for article in the "In Progress" tab

@santhosh would this also take care of Hover states too? I noticed cards change background color when hovered, but the close (X) and bookmark buttons don't have any hover state indicators. Additionally, the cursor doesn't change to a pointer when hovering over these interactive elements. Same is true for topic filters in "Adjust suggestions" screen. Keyboard navigation is also something we would like to consider.
