CX Unified Dashboard: Section expansion button in published articles does not work

Description

Go to CX Unified dashboard - Published articles. Click on '+ Section title' to add another section. Notice that nothing happens if the target language is same as the current wiki language(this would be the common scenario). But when clicked in same button where the target language differs from source language, buttons are working.
