Summary
WMF stewards have provided feedback that they would like the "Wikis exempt from global block" section below the "Previous global account changes" section on Special:CentralAuth, as they want to see details about the global block before they see which wikis it's exempted on. We should update the Special:CentralAuth page to reflect this order.
Background
- The Special:CentralAuth page allows stewards and other users to see details about a global account
- Since T377024: Show the global block log on Special:CentralAuth and T358979: Show global block information on Special:CentralAuth/<username>, global block information is shown on Special:CentralAuth
- As part of T358979, Trust and Safety Product Team added a "Wikis exempt from global block" section that is shown if the global block is marked as locally exempted on any wiki
- This shows the wikis the global block is exempted on in a table
User story
- As a user with the steward, group I want to see what global blocks are targeting a given user
- I open Special:CentralAuth and scroll down
- I see that the user is globally blocked, and that their block is exempted on a few wikis
- I wanted to first see the details of the global block before seeing the wikis it is exempted on
Acceptance criteria
- The "Wikis exempt from global block" section is shown below the "Previous global account changes" section on Special:CentralAuth
