Goal

In order to properly preview components in a particular font mode, it would help to have the environment the components live in, i.e. the context of the components habitat, also scale with the changing of font modes. In order to completely satisfy T359884: Font modes: Add a "font-mode switcher" to the Codex docs with new 'configure' icon, we should change the docs site to use the typographic tokens and mixins so all of the content on the docs site changes with the changing of font modes. This will also help us to understand the impacts of using the mixins outside of components themselves.
