Background Information
This is the third batch of ~40 wikis deployed as part of T385923: [EPIC] Deploy Parsoid to (almost) all Wiktionaries, after the completion of T371640: [EPIC] Deploy Parsoid Read Views for all Wikivoyage wikis.

Initial Evaluation
- Prepare the sample to run the visualdiff test
- Run/evaluate the visualdiff test
- Choose target wikis for this week's deploy
- Create a Confidence Report based on the results
Bug fixes
Based on initial visualdiff testing, these are tasks which affect Parsoid Read Views on these target wikis

Notify wikivoyages about upcoming Parsoid Read Views roll-out
- Create MassMessage distribution list, based on Distribution_list/Global_message_delivery/Wiktionary
- Be careful, the Wikidata MassMessage tool is missing some Wiktionaries
