Description

Deprecate uun (Kulon-Pazeh macrolanguage) and use pzh (Pazeh–Kaxabu), uon (Kulon) instead.

uun is now a deprecated BCP 47 language subtag since 2022-02-25. It is now split into pzh (Pazeh–Kaxabu) and uon (Kulon).

The uun language tag is being used for Pazeh language, so it should use pzh language tag instead.

Currently, the Pazeh Wikipedia in Wikimedia Incubator already moved to pzh.

However, there are still places using the deprecated language tag, including CLDR, Wikibase (including Wikidata):

We need to update them as well.

Babel is a false positive:

	'ilu' => 'Ili\'uun',

Means that the language with code ilu has the name ili'uun
