Description

Steps to replicate the issue

On commons wmf.18 start uploading an image via Special:UploadWizard
In the Description step in the Categories field enter "A

What happens?:

The drop-down list of suggestions width is wider than the input field

The larger width is supposedly caused by long categories titles not being wrapped

What should have happened instead?:

the width of the list of suggestions should be the same width as the input field
