(is there any way to get the attention of Wikitech admins other than posting on Phabricator? It's not clear)

Re: Ways to get attention, hmm, good point. Historically we've just resorted to "find an active admin and ping them". In the future, we probably need a Village Pump/Request page, and Template:edit-protected or something, now that it's SUL and more random helpful people are likely to trickle in and edit. I'll post a note at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikitech_talk:Administrators to start discussions.
