For ease of prototyping and development, ScopedTypeaheadSearch is currently hard-coded to query wikidata.org. These hard-coded urls need to be replaced before the feature is released.

Acceptance criteria

• ScopedTypeaheadSearch.vue:
  • the <cdx-typeahead-search> element's id, placeholder and form-action attributes reference the local wikibase
  • the search footer text no longer references "Wikidata". There's a standard message already that says, in English "Search for pages containing ___"
  • searchFooterUrl uses a local path
  • fetchResults uses a local path
