Update game design so that users on smaller devices can read entire event during gameplay

Description

Amal has reported that multiple users cannot read the entire event description during gameplay. As that is an unintended, obstructive behavior, we should resolve it.

In order to make this as straightforward as possible, using existing componentry, let's reuse the drawer we're using on the results screen to render the full event description. If a user taps on a long, truncated event during gameplay, this drawer will surface where they can read the entire event description.

To accommodate this change, users will now have to "Submit" their choice to proceed to the correct/incorrect screen.
