Fix WikiLambda selenium tests against catalyst env

Description

There are some selenium tests that need updated for WikiLambda. Currently running them against a Catalyst env so we can get a good baseline for starting to run selenium daily jobs against a Catalyst env.

Note: connect.js is failing due to T387464 so that test should not pass currently.

All tests passing consistently ( with the exception of connect.js because of T387464 ) in 100/100 runs against catalyst env created today March 6. Marking as done / resolved.
