Following a little convo with Panos, I'm just adding the screenshots taken related to the two issues as well as my initial comments:
1st issue: with the “Open Preview” in CiviCRM for WMF Recurring failure message as well as WMF Monthly Convert, as we cannot see in the drop down list under the title “Example” the Annual recurring option. Whereas we can see that in the drop down list for the WMF Thank You template, see the 3 screenshots for the difference.
2nd issue: The subject line in Open Preview of the “WMF Thank You” template for one time, it shows the subject line for monthly donors (see screenshot).
