This is the epic for building a MediaWiki extension version of the community wishlist gadget(s)
An extension already exists as of March 5 2025, containing:
- Special:WishlistIntake that saves a wish as a page using a parser function
- translation of wishes
The extension needs security review, plus we need the linked tickets to be done
NOTE: for the initial iteration we only want feature parity with the gadget, and no new functionality except for pagination of wishes
