For the designs here, I think we should keep it simple to A/B test these things.

For Minerva:
@spatton suggested that we A/B test a specific, localized currency suggestion in the donate banner on Minerva, and I think that's a great option. It would just mean A/B testing a copy change. Actual copy would be TBD, and we wouldn't be able to test it wide on all wikis, but it would look something like this:

For Vector:
I'm going to suggest a slightly more prominent donate CTA compared to the link in production right now. Final designs TBD, but it would probably look something like this:
