@Aklapper I find your treatment of me completely insensitive and no justice, it's like the admins are abusing their rights. (Let me ask: 1. why haven't my requests been processed for over a year? 2. I have admitted many times that I am technically weak, but why don't you have any compassion?) I don't know. Maybe because there was an unanswered request for you in T356620#9876438.

This has nothing to do with levels of technical knowledge.
I asked not to deliberately file duplicate tickets, and asked to follow up on existing tickets. You were asked so before in T332204#8699183. That old comment also asked to follow procedures. Procedures were again ignored in this very ticket. Such behavior is not a good use of anybody's time. Thanks for your understanding, and I hope that we can avoid such situations in the future.
