Acceptance Criteria:

As a wiki editor
Given I am editing a wiki page
When I am transcluding Special:AllEvents
Then I will be able to pass a "size" parameter, which will change the display of the calendar
AND
The transcluded calendar will use an alternate CSS stylesheet which is designed for transclusion

Note: Sizing will be fully determined by choices made by editors rather than any predetermined options.
