Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• I clicked on the redirect create thing in search, I had the Wikipedia namespace selected there, but it created it in mainspace (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UBXGALLERY) which was later moved to the "Wikipedia:" namespace by jlwoodwa (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&logid=168406005)

• As you can see it says "Search in: Wikipedia", which doesn't search all of Wikipedia, but the "Wikipedia:" namespace.
• I clicked the I clicked the "Search for "UBX/GALLERY" in existing pages within the Wikipedia namespace."
• I usually manually type out pages I search for in the url at the top, and I usually click that, instead of writing it at the top right where it says "Search Wikipedia".

What happens?:

• The redirect was created in mainspace or ":" (no namespace).

What should have happened instead?:

• The redirect should be created in the "Wikipedia:" or "WP:" namespace.
