Migrate MediaWiki-General periodic mediawiki jobs from mwmaint to mw-cron on kubernetes.

ServiceOps new will handle migrating the jobs, but would appreciate input from MediaWiki-General on:

  • jobs that should be watched more
  • jobs that are low criticality and could be migrated first
  • outdated jobs that can be removed
  • any potential gotchas in the way these jobs use MediaWiki

Then it should probably be tracked in T388534: Migrate updatequerypages/update_special_pages/initsitestats jobs to mw-cron with the rest of the special/query pages jobs?
