Correctly report OpenSearch/Elasticsearch to Special:Version

Description

Right now, Special:Version correctly reports the version number of Elasticsearch (7.10.2 in production) or OpenSearch (1.3.20 in dev), but claims we are running Elasticsearch in both cases.

When running OpenSearch, we should report that we are running OpenSearch to Special:Version.
