Description

If a page has multiple revisions, all of which are blank, and you try to delete it, you see this deletion summary.

That doesn't make sense.

(For the curious, I came across this because I was running a script to import content from elsewhere, and occasionally there was no content in the other place to import but that wasn't clear until after I had done the import and created a useless placeholder which I then had to delete)
