Currently it displays "You do not have permission to view metadata of deleted history entries, for the following reason:
The action you have requested is limited to users in the group: Administrators."

(this came up while attempting to investigate https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Village_Pump#Extension:CodeMirror/5_-_documentation_translations)
