Description

This will allow to differentiate builds by commit hashes.

We might want also to use a tag with the commit hash or similar (datestamp+hash, etc.) to be able to differentiate built images, instead of always using latest.

We might want to add also some OCI standard labels/annotations (https://github.com/opencontainers/image-spec/blob/main/annotations.md).
