This is to test the REST endpoints that we use for managing reading lists, after they are switched over from RESTbase to MW REST. The first phase of this switchover is to deploy the change to testwiki. When this happens, we will need to test how the apps manage reading lists through testwiki (by making test the primary language) and see if there are any breakages.
If there are any issues, they can be documented here, and if not, the switchover can proceed.

Tested on iPhone on iOS 18.6 and iPad on iPadOS 18.6. Tested saving, retrieving, syncing between devices, and reading offline.
