We're in the process of pivoting this ticket, but it's taking a little extra time due to personal reasons - that said, I did the first step of that by making T390622

Next step is to make a ticket to deprecate mw.extQuickSurveys.showSurvey and block it on T390622 (and update T390622 to include the ticket in the AC)

I also DMed @abi_ and explained the situation, and that they were free to use mw.extQuickSurveys until we are able to provide a stable alternative
