Per parent ticket, we have successfully migrated Cloudelastic from Elastic -> OpenSearch.
As such, there are some articles on Wikitech that should be updated to reflect the change. I found the following:

This is a different Elasticsearch cluster than Cloudelastic. The Toolforge cluster is still running Elasticsearch 7.10.2.

This doc has historically been owned by the Search team, so please do update it as is appropriate for your implementation changes.

I've removed the Toolforge cluster from the AC and updated all references in https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:CirrusSearch_elasticsearch_replicas from Elasticsearch to OpenSearch. I've also moved it to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:CirrusSearch_OpenSearch_replicas . Closing...
