Hello, a quota bump on the "traffic" project on cloud services could be useful to use given we're now testing Pontoon and we always hit the resource limits.
I think that for now doubling the number of instances/cpus/memory/storage could be compromise, and maybe increase it more later if this is not an issue.

I see the project has:
9 / 12 instances. 12 / 12 VCPUs. 23.0 GB / 24.0 GB RAM. 5 / 80 GB volume space.
(per https://openstack-browser.toolforge.org/project/traffic)
You don't seem to be using volumes that much?
So +1 to doubling instances, vCPU, and MEM., to a total of 24 instances, 24 vCPU, 48 GB RAM.
