User story & summary:
As a WMF Product Manager or designer, I want to understand how the Personalized Praise feature is being used so that I can evaluate its impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
Background & research:
This task is important because we have initial experiment data on this feature, but we lack ongoing product-level metrics to assess its long-term effectiveness. Currently, no structured tracking is available in the Growth Team Product KPIs dashboard.
Metrics to consider:
- Number of Personalized Praise candidates surfaced to mentors
- Number of messages sent to candidates
- Click-through rate (CTR) for the Personalized Praise dashboard module
- CTR for the associated notification
- Percentage of mentors who have adjusted their default Personalized Praise settings
