Tone Check: Conduct holistic review of the proof of concepts

Description

The Tone Check proof of concept has been evolving through a series of discrete decisions.

This task involves the work of taking a metaphorical "step back" to review the user experience of the PoC as a whole while offering specific attention to in-between moments/experiences (e.g. transitions).

Requirements

  1. Review the Tone Check UX holistically: from the moment people are made aware of the Check's existence through the moment they finish addressing the Check
  2. Document the UX issues/opportunities existing within the UX as it currently stands
