Make on on this day api request, e.g. (https://api.wikimedia.org/feed/v1/wikipedia/en/onthisday/all/3/28)

What happens?:

Get a response of: "{"type":"https://mediawiki.org/wiki/HyperSwitch/errors/not_found#route","title":"Not found.","method":"get","uri":"/en.wikipedia.org/v1/feed/onthisday/all/3/28"}"

What should have happened instead?:

Get content in response

Now this is failing with a new error:

Cannot GET /en.wikipedia.org/v1/aggregated/onthisday/all/3/28

reclosing, appears to be perhaps a lack of a undocumented feature from prior release

https://api.wikimedia.org/feed/v1/wikipedia/en/onthisday/all/3/28 (doesn't work)
https://api.wikimedia.org/feed/v1/wikipedia/en/onthisday/all/03/28 (DOES work)

documentation does say to use zero-padding
