Movement Communications Task: Share experiment results for enwiki "Add a Link" experiment & rollout communication

Description

Objective:

Effectively communicate the results of the English Wikipedia "Add a Link" experiment (FY24/25 WE1.2.11) to relevant English Wikipedia communities. This includes informing and engaging volunteers, sharing evidence of the feature’s impact, highlight improvements based on community feedback, gathering feedback, and aligning on next steps for broader release to newcomers at enwiki.

Communication goals:
  1. Enable full rollout of "Add a Link" to 100% of newcomers on English Wikipedia
    1. Completing task T389018: [Epic] Add a Link (Structured Task): 100% Release at English Wikipedia will allow the Growth team to disable the current 20% A/B test and move forward with additional experiments on enwiki using the GrowthExperiments extension.
    2. A complete rollout will ensure a more consistent onboarding experience across all newcomers.
  2. Share results of the most recent experiment
    1. Summarize findings from T382603: Add a link (Structured task): English Wikipedia A/B test & Experiment Analysis (FY24/25 WE1.2.11) once the final report is available. (Diff post? Signpost?)
  3. Share recent feature improvements based on community feedback:
    1. T393688: Allow limiting "Add a Link" to new editors
    2. T386867: Add a Link: add "do not link" rule for country names (Q6256) on English Wikipedia
  4. Advise on Community Configuration settings for “Add a Link”
    1. Provide guidance and recommendations for how to adjust the task using Community Configuration tools.

Target Audience:

English Wikipedia editors, especially experienced contributors and patrollers who help make decisions about features for new editors.
