Visit https://fr.wikibooks.org without login, two consecutive days.
What happens?:
The page stays the same for anonymous users, whereas for logged ones it changes every day.
What should have happened instead?:
Anonymous users (including SEO bots) should see the same page as the logged users, or at least with a cache equal to (or less than) 24h.
