Background Information
This is the next batch of 12 wikis deployed as part of T385923: [EPIC] Deploy Parsoid to (almost) all Wiktionaries, after the completion of T387505: Parsoid Read Views to Wiktionary deploy ~2025-03-03.

- Be careful, the Wikidata MassMessage tool is missing some Wiktionaries
