3 of our 4 Juniper management switches have passed their EOL date. They need to be upgraded to "Latest Junos 21.4R3-Sx".

We don't' have the updated version pushed to msw1-codfw (JUNOS 21.4R3.15 built 2022-09-03 07:18:28 UTC) we supposed to use (JUNOS 21.4R3-S10.9 built 2025-01-11 00:41:20 UTC) I will be pushing the right version once i finished the upgrade on msw2-eqiad
