Description

Background

In order to test Dillon's work on the Reading List extension and to provide us with a testing environment for future development, we should deploy Extension:ReadingList as a beta feature on the beta cluster.

Acceptance criteria

Reading List Extension enabled as beta feature on beta cluster
Logged-in users can enable the beta feature
Special:ReadingList page loads properly
Users can successfully add pages to default reading list
Users can successfully delete pages from the default reading list
Functionality works on both mobile and desktop interfaces
