Description

Background

Currently on English Wikipedia & other languages, the suggested edit for a feed of article (short) descriptions are available to users with 3+ edits. We've heard feedback from en.wiki users that this threshold should be higher.

Task

Increase requirement for en.wikipedia: logged-in with 50+ edits across all projects. Other languages stay the same
PM update revision tags page & suggested edits page

Working as expected on Edits tab, but not Explore feed.

With only 1 edit on English Wikipedia, and primary language set to English, I can still see an "Add article description" card within the Suggested Edits entry point on my Explore Feed.
