Description

Update orchestrator code (of Wikidata Fetch functions) to create (nested) instances of the the Point-In-Time type. We are currently calling this new type Point-In-Time in Phabricator, but its official English label hasn't been determined yet.

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria (returned value, expected error, performance expectations, etc.)

  • Execution of the new code should be reliable and quick, and should return appropriate errors as needed.
