Description

Create read and display functions for the Wikifunctions type corresponding to Wikidata's datatype for Quantity (T391212). We are currently calling this new type Quantity in Phabricator, but its official English label hasn't been determined yet.

Update: the type is Z6010/Wikidata quantity.

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria (returned value, expected error, performance expectations, etc.)

  • They should perform reliably and quickly.
