🔬Update tailscale operator

Description

We should update the tailscale operator to the latest version. At the time of writing that is 1.102.3.

See a previous update: https://github.com/wmde/wbaas-deploy/pull/1605 for an idea. Test on staging first and then ship to production.

While doing this it might also be tempting to add machine name annotations to the resources we expose using tailscale: see these docs. If this isn't possible the please open another ticket in the Engineering Backlog not the microtasks column.

After updating you should confirm @Anton.Kokh can still access the resources he needs.

After deploying, I ran

  • kubectl describe deployments.apps -n tailscale operator on production and checked the image version. this was in the output Image: tailscale/k8s-operator:v1.102.3
  • kubectl describe svc superset and this was in the output
Annotations:       ...
                   tailscale.com/expose: true
                   tailscale.com/hostname: wbaas-prod-superset
