[Discovery experiment] Add simple query logic to query service frontend

Description

Apply the logic to catch only very basic queries listed under "Small" in the ticket here, the SQL code for this can be found in gitlab - turn it into JS logic and apply to Wikidata Query Service UI

As a first step, the logic to catch the queries is applied. The warning itself is not shown (console log is a quick-and-easy solution)
