We have this page: Manual:How to debug/Login problems but it's confusing because it's trying to be a mix of "how to debug login problems on Wikimedia wikis" and "how to debug login problems on my own wiki". And now it's also a bit outdated due to SUL3. We should update and split it to help people who are experiencing logout problems and are willing to give us detailed reports about it but aren't sure how.
