Description

We need to provide two binary packages:

libvmod-wmfuniq containing the vmod that will be deployed in cp servers
wmfuniq-keygen containing the keygen tool that will be used outside cp servers to generate the secret key file, probably will be deployed in puppetservers

wmfuniq-keygen needs to be packaged for bookworm as well, given our puppetservers are running bookworm at the moment

That's done now. I'll leave this open until we have a tagged release and artifacts uploaded to apt.
