Identify highest impact wikis to deploy recent changes revert risk language agnostic filters to

Description

Before running analysis on the wikis to determine thresholds for revert risk language agnostic filters we need to determine which high impact wikis we can deploy to.

Some considerations:

We should exclude multilingual capable wikis from language agnostic.

We should include medium sized wikis (a wiki with more than so many edits per day).

  • 10-50 monthly active administrators
  • Opted out of global sysop support

Wikis where AutoModerator is currently deployed.
Wikis that have shared stewardship.
Wikis with higher traffic.

Acceptance criteria:

  • List of high impact wikis to deploy recent changes revert risk language agnostic filters to
  • Brief reasoning for why choosing the wiki and the impact it will have

I'm not sure how to get that in a definitive way. I think that's almost the inverse of the above? Stewards administer processes for wikis without active admins, which is part of what goes in to including a wiki for global sysops. If Sam were around, I would ask him. Maybe @Trizek-WMF could help us here?

higher traffic in terms of edit activity; I think a row count for the the last 90 days of article edits would be adequate. Suggest querying revision tables so you don't have to worry about different rc purge windows for different wikis.

  • 10-50 active administrators per (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/List_of_Wikipedias)
  • Not multilingual capable
