Description

Per 1x1 conversation with @brouberol , we need an ops-focused OpenSearch dashboard that reports things such as:

cluster health
number of hosts
number relocating shards
shards
master eligibles
current master

Creating this ticket to:

Discuss requirements with stakeholders
Review existing dashboards, including those shared on Grafana's site
Review data already provided by our prometheus exporters, and update/create exporters as necessary
Implement new dashboard

I've marked this task as a subtask of the Mutual OpenSearch project, as it seems to me that we need a dashboard that everyone in the DPE SRE team is comfortable with before we can support this project.
