This is happening as a result of this week's train progression being affected by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/CentralAuth/+/1136112 (ref. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/mediawiki/core/+/0fa1c7441c49badaf9c9b6240afca268efbeb936/includes/auth/AuthManager.php#515).

So I think it's expected and I'll resolve this task but if it continues after the train rollout for this week is complete, we can reopen.
